Career Hub Setting
1. Configure
To use the Career Hub as a centralized job hub for your tenant, you first need to enable and configure it at the Settings page.

Who can configure the Career Hub?
Admin
Members with Career Hub settings enabled.

Settings tab
New job email notifications
If the New Job email notifications are enabled, everyone (all Career hub members) will receive weekly email updates about new openings in the referral program.

Customize your careers hub
Depending on your Career Hub purpose you can choose one of three options:
Referrals only
Referrals & Internal applications
Internal applications only

Automatically enable the Career hub feature for new jobs: Enabling this button if you want all jobs in open status to be displayed on the Referral Hub. You can disable or customize this setting for each new open job.
Referral rewards policy
Enable the Referral Rewards Policy to display relevant referral documents to Career Hub members. You have two options for displaying this:
Option 1: Input a link to navigate users to your referral policy.
Option 2: Upload a document (Hireforce supports a maximum file size of 10MB for PDF, DOCX, and DOC files).

Job protection by the department
Select the departments whose job postings should remain confidential. Only employees within these selected departments will be able to view these postings in the Referral Portal.

Registration settings
Enable the Allow registration option to allow anyone who meets the registration criteria you've set up here to self-register as a Career Hub member.

Login methods
Choose the method to login or registration for Career Hub.

After you make any changes in the Setting tab, don't forget to click Save changes to apply your updates.
Members tab
To add someone to the Career Hub, firstly you need to send them an invitation.
Access the Members tab on the Career Hub Settings.
Click the Invite Member button.
Input the email. Then, click Send Invites.

Claims tab
Once a referral is hired, the claim shows here for reward processing.
Note: This tab will not appear if you have selected Internal applications only in your Careers Hub customization.

2. How to display a job on Career Hub?
On the Job Details page, check the Referral function on the right-hand side. This information helps members understand the purpose of the Career Hub.
Enable the button to show the job on the Career Hub.
Disable the button if you don't want the job to appear on the Career Hub.
