Step 1:
Navigate to the Settings page and enable the Referrals.
Step 2
: If the New Job email notifications are enabled, all users on your Hireforce account will receive weekly email updates about new openings in the referral program.
Step 3:
Enable the Referral Rewards Policy to display relevant referral documents to members on your Hireforce account. You have two options for displaying this:
Option 1: Input a link to navigate users to your referral policy.
Option 2: Upload a file (Hireforce supports a maximum file size of 10MB for PDF, DOCX, and DOC files).
Step 4:
Depending on your Referral portal purpose you can choose one of three options:
Referrals only
Referrals & Internal applications
Internal applications only
Always enable the referral function when creating a new job
: Enabling this button if you want all jobs in open status to be displayed on the Referral Hub. You can disable or customize this setting for each new open job.
Step 5:
Select the departments whose job postings should remain confidential. Only employees within these selected departments will be able to view these postings in the Referral Portal.
Step 6:
Click the Save change button to complete.
