Direct Employer
These are fields that are already available in Hireforce and cannot be deleted. Some of these fields can be customized for specific access level groups by enabling or disabling them.
Candidate
Fixed fields are always visible to all users in your Hireforce account. Their visibility cannot be modified.
Customizable Fields (Excluding Salary fields): You can enable or disable visibility for all users.
Due to its sensitive nature, the salary field offers enhanced access level control options. You can customize its visibility to specific access level groups, ensuring only authorized personnel can view this information.
Job
There are 5 System fields in the Job object. You can enable or disable them to control their visibility for everyone.
Additional field
You can add custom fields to the system, allowing you to capture specific information beyond the standard system fields. This flexibility ensures that the data aligns with the unique requirements you and your company define for your hiring process
After adding custom fields, you can manage their visibility for different user roles within your tenant, just like the system fields.
