The candidate listing provides a centralized view of the candidates that you can access. It allows you to easily manage and track your applicants throughout the recruitment process.
On the Candidates page, Display by default that the candidate will include the following information:
Full name
Phone number
Jobs
Stage
Tags
Talent pools
Created at
Last activity
Note: Full name, Created at, and Last activity are mandatory display fields that cannot be disabled.
You can adjust the information displayed on the Candidates page as follows:
Click the Display button at the top menu.
Enable the information that you want to display.
If you want to change the position of the information, you can hold and drag it to the desired position.
If you want to back to default, click Reset to default.
Note:
Member of your company with roles Admin and Member can adjust the information displayed on the Candidates page.
When you adjust the information, only you can view it. Other people will not be affected by your change.
You can search the candidate on the Candidates page as follows:
Click the search bar at the top menu. You can search candidates by Candidate's name, Phone number, Email and Link.
You can choose and combine the filters that you would like use to search for candidates.
You can filter the candidate on the Candidates page as follows:
Click the Filter button at the top menu.
Choose the object and the value that you would like to filter.
You can combine filters for different objects to find the most suitable results. For example, you can filter candidates by their jobs, experience, and location.
Candidates will be by default sorted based on Last activity date (most recent first).
You can change the sorting at your discretion based on your needs.
You can choose to sort by Creation date (Newest first or Oldest first) or by Last activity date (Newest first or Oldest first) as following:
Click Create at or Last activity.
Choose Newest first or Oldest first.
You can only choose to sort by Creation date or Last activity date, not both at the same time.
The Create View feature allows you to save customized candidate lists with specific filters and settings, making it easier to switch between different candidate views.
You can create a new view in two simple ways:
Go to the Candidate Listing.
Click the dropdown next to "All Candidates" → Select "Create New View".
Enter a View Name (Required): Max 50 characters.
Select View Visibility (Required):
Public → View is visible to all admins and members.
Private → View is visible only to you.
Click "Save" to create your view.
Once your view is created, the table will display without any filters by default.
You can now customize the view with filters:
Discard: Clear all filters and keep the view without any applied filters.
Apply: Temporarily apply filters without saving them. Filters will reset upon refreshing the page.
Save View: Apply filters and save them to the view. All team members (based on their permissions) will see the same filters when accessing this view.
You can also create a new view based on an existing Public View:
Open the public view you want to duplicate.
Click "Save as New View".
Follow the same steps as in Option 1 to name and set the visibility of your new view.
Simplify your workflow and save time by using bulk actions to complete repetitive tasks in just a few clicks.
Select the Candidates that you want to assign to a job.
Click the Assign Job button in the Bulk Actions menu.
Find the Job where you want to assign the candidates.
Click the +Assign button to complete.
Select the Candidates that you want to assign to talent pools.
Click the Add Talent Pool button in the Bulk Actions menu.
Select one or more talent pools to assign the candidates to.
Click the Assign button to complete.
Select the Candidates that you want to delete.
Click the Delete button.
Confirm your action by clicking the Delete button.
To support the users to speed up the hiring process so that they can have time to do their daily task more productively hence we added bulk export candidate profiles by CV templates or candidate listing as a csv file.
The Export CSV feature allows you to download candidate data from your filtered and customized view into a CSV file. This is helpful for reporting, sharing with your team, or further processing in spreadsheet tools.
Step 1: Configure Filters and Display Settings
Before exporting, set up your candidate list to include only the data you need:
Apply filters to narrow down the candidate pool.
Adjust the Display Settings to show the desired columns in the table.
This configuration determines what data will be included in the exported file.
Step 2: Select Candidates and Export
To activate bulk actions, select at least one candidate from the list. Then click the Export button > Export CSV
Step 3: Download the File
The system will process the export in a few seconds. Once completed, the CSV file will be automatically downloaded to your local device.
Exported File Details:
File name format: viewname_DD_MM_YYYY.csv
Example: java_engineer_15_02_2025.csv
java_engineer
: name of the view
15_02_2025
: export date
Number of candidates: based on your current filter
Number of columns: based on your display settings
Data: reflects the same structure and content shown on the screen at the time of export
This feature allows you to export candidate profiles as PDF files based on your profile templates. It’s especially useful for sharing standardized candidate information with hiring managers or stakeholders outside the system.
Step 1: Select Candidates
Manually select one or more candidates from the listing (maximum 50 candidates per 1 template at once).
Choose the Export PDF option from the export dropdown.
If 1 candidate is selected → The system will generate and download a PDF directly.
If multiple candidates are selected → The system will generate a ZIP file that includes all selected candidate profiles in PDF format.
The Interview Tab keeps track of all the candidate's interview history:
If you haven't submitted feedback yet, you will see the Submit feedback button.
If you have already submitted feedback, you will see a the View feedback button.
You can schedule interviews on the Job-Related Tab or on the Candidate Card by clicking the Schedule button.
If you are an attendee but not part of the hiring team, you can follow up on your interview and feedback in Calendar.
The Email Tab keeps track of all the email history sent by the hiring team to the candidate, allowing recruiters to easily reference previous conversations.
The Feedback Tab keeps track of all the Interview Feedback and the Application Feedback, help you easily manage all the candidate feedbacks.
This tab included:
Interview feedback and Applicant feedback grouped by stage: - From Hired on top to Applied at the bottom. - Feedback added order by latest to oldest. - Counting final score by type and show pending list of attendees who still not published the pending feedback yet (pending feedback and draft feedback).
Reminder banner if you have pending Interview Feedback to submit.
Overall score: Accumulated published score (exclude pending and draft feedback).
