How to Use the AI Writer for Profile Summary?

This feature helps Recruiter to write summary of the profile quickly.

This tool lets users quickly craft comprehensive and professional summaries based on a profile’s skills, position, and uploaded CV (if any).

  1. Navigate to the Profile: Open the desired profile in Hireforce.

  2. Access the Summary Section: Go to the "Summary" section and click on the AI Writer option. AI Writer the summary (if the section is empty). Improve with AI the existing summary

  1. Input Information:

  • The AI will automatically use available data from the profile (position, skills, or uploaded resume) as a foundation to generate the summary.

  • If needed, users can adjust these details before generating. Adjustments will only affect the summary output, not the saved profile information.

  • Users can effortlessly switch the summary's language between English and Japanese to suit their needs.

  1. Review and Finalize:

  • If unsatisfied with the generated summary, users can click Regenerate for a new version.

  • Once satisfied, users can either:

    • Insert the summary (if the section is empty).

    • Replace the existing summary with the new version.

Note:

  • Adjusting profile information before generating will help improve the relevance of the AI output.

  • Editing generated summaries ensures they align perfectly with user expectations.

How to Use the AI Writer for Job Description?

AI Writer helps you create compelling and effective job descriptions. With just a few inputs, AI Writer will generate high-quality job descriptions in seconds.

  1. Navigate to the Job Page: Click the +New job button.

  2. Fill out the key information about your job:

  • The Job title is the required field to use this feature.

  • The AI will automatically use available data from the fields as a foundation to generate the summary. The more information you provide, the better the AI can tailor the job description to your specific requirements.

  1. Access the Job Description : Go to the Job Description section and click on the AI Writer option. AI Writer the summary (if the section is empty). Improve with AI the existing summary.

  1. Review and Finalize:

  • Users can effortlessly switch the summary's language between English and Japanese to suit their needs.

  • Users can choose the tone for the job description by clicking the button on the left.

  • If unsatisfied with the generated summary, users can click Regenerate for a new version.

  • Once satisfied, users can either:

    • Insert the summary (if the section is empty).

    • Replace the existing summary with the new version.
