Workspace Member is a user with access to multiple features across the entire Hireforce system. Their permissions are defined by their assigned role and access level. Workspace Members are invited from Settings → Members and can access different areas of the system based on their permissions.
A Career Hub Member is a user who has access only to Career Hub-related functionalities. They may not necessarily be a Workspace Member. Career Hub Members are invited from Settings → Career Hub and can only interact with Career Hub features.
Workspace Member: Has broader system-wide access as per assigned permissions.
Career Hub Member: Only has access to Career Hub functionalities and does not automatically have Workspace-wide permissions.
Yes, a user can be both if they are invited to the system as a Workspace Member and have the permission "Access Career Hub" enabled. This setting is enabled by default.
Workspace Members are managed in Settings → Members.
Career Hub Members are managed in Settings → Career Hub.
