What is a Workspace Member in Hireforce?

Workspace Member is a user with access to multiple features across the entire Hireforce system. Their permissions are defined by their assigned role and access level. Workspace Members are invited from Settings β†’ Members and can access different areas of the system based on their permissions.

What is a Career Hub Member?

A Career Hub Member is a user who has access only to Career Hub-related functionalities. They may not necessarily be a Workspace Member. Career Hub Members are invited from Settings β†’ Career Hub and can only interact with Career Hub features.

What are the key differences between a Workspace Member and a Career Hub Member?

  • Workspace Member: Has broader system-wide access as per assigned permissions.

  • Career Hub Member: Only has access to Career Hub functionalities and does not automatically have Workspace-wide permissions.

Can a user be both a Workspace Member and a Career Hub Member?

Yes, a user can be both if they are invited to the system as a Workspace Member and have the permission "Access Career Hub" enabled. This setting is enabled by default.
