# 14. Workspace Member vs. Career Hub Member

### **What is a Workspace Member in Hireforce?**

**Workspace Member** is a user with access to multiple features across the entire Hireforce system. Their permissions are defined by their assigned role and access level. Workspace Members are invited from **Settings → Members** and can access different areas of the system based on their permissions.

### **What is a Career Hub Member?**

A Career Hub Member is a user who has access only to Career Hub-related functionalities. They may not necessarily be a Workspace Member. Career Hub Members are invited from **Settings → Career Hub** and can only interact with Career Hub features.

### **What are the key differences between a Workspace Member and a Career Hub Member?**

* **Workspace Member**: Has broader system-wide access as per assigned permissions.
* **Career Hub Member**: Only has access to Career Hub functionalities and does not automatically have Workspace-wide permissions.

### **Can a user be both a Workspace Member and a Career Hub Member?**

Yes, a user can be both if they are invited to the system as a **Workspace Member** and have the permission **"Access Career Hub"** enabled. This setting is enabled by default.

### **Where can I manage Workspace Members and Career Hub Members?**
