12. Why Can’t I Accept the Invitation from Hireforce?

There are two common cases where this issue may occur:

Case 1: The Invitation Link Has Expired

  • The invitation link is valid for 3 days after the email is sent.

  • If you click the link and see a notification that the link has expired, it means the time limit has passed.

  • To resolve this, please contact the inviter (the account mentioned in the email) and request them to resend the invitation.

Case 2: Unable to Find the Invitation Email

  • Search for the email using the keyword "Hireforce invitation."

  • Look for the latest email with the subject: "[User Name] has invited you to join [Company Name] on Hireforce!"

  • If you still cannot locate the email, check your spam or junk folder.
