# 12. Why Can’t I Accept the Invitation from Hireforce?

There are two common cases where this issue may occur:

**Case 1: The Invitation Link Has Expired**

* The invitation link is valid for 3 days after the email is sent.
* If you click the link and see a notification that the link has expired, it means the time limit has passed.
* To resolve this, please contact the inviter (the account mentioned in the email) and request them to resend the invitation.

**Case 2: Unable to Find the Invitation Email**

* Search for the email using the keyword **"Hireforce invitation."**
* Look for the latest email with the subject:\
  \&#xNAN;**"\[User Name] has invited you to join \[Company Name] on Hireforce!"**
* If you still cannot locate the email, check your spam or junk folder.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.hireforce.io/others/faq/12.-why-cant-i-accept-the-invitation-from-hireforce.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
