# Career Hub

The **Career Hub** is a dedicated platform within Hireforce that serves as a centralized job hub for a tenant. It allows tenants to display open job opportunities to both internal company members and external users who are invited as Career Hub members. Depending on the configuration and specific usage requirements, members can:

* **Apply directly** for open positions.
* **Refer qualified candidates** to the listed jobs.

This flexible setup makes the Career Hub an effective tool for promoting collaboration and engagement in the hiring process while extending the reach of job opportunities to a broader network.
