Hireforce Year-End Deals Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Hireforce Year-End Promotion ("Promotion") and constitute a binding agreement between the participant and Hireforce. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to comply with these Terms. If the participant does not agree, they should refrain from participating.

1. Promotion Overview

1.1. Promotion Name: Hireforce Year-End Deals

1.2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM (GMT+7) on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT+7) on January 31, 2025. The Promotion period may be extended at Hireforce's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants: The Promotion is open to new customers only. Existing Hireforce customers are not eligible.

2.2. Confirmation Requirements: To qualify for the Promotion, participants must confirm their agreement to purchase a Hireforce subscription during the Promotion Period by Purchase Order (PO) or Service Usage Contract.

2.3 Availability: The promotion is available for all plans in Hireforce Pricing with a minimum subscription period of 12 months.

3. How to Participate

3.1. Participants can access the Promotion by Purchase Order (PO) or Service Usage Contract.

3.2. Confirmation of the above documents must be sent via email to Hireforce during the Promotion Period to be considered valid.

3.3. Participants who request a demo or initiate communication regarding the subscription must finalize their agreement within 30 days of their first contact request date or by the end of the Promotion Period, whichever comes first.

4. Promotional Offer Details

4.1. Free months awarded under this Promotion will be added to the subscription term as follows: 6 additional months free of charge for customers committing to a 12-month subscription, resulting in 18 months of service for the price of 12 months.

4.2. Free months are applied consecutively following the end of the paid subscription term.

5. Hireforce’s Rights and Responsibilities

5.1. Hireforce reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary.

5.2. Any changes will take effect 7 days after being published on Hireforce’s official platforms.

5.3. Hireforce reserves the right to reject or remove any customer from the Promotion if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are detected.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

6.2. In the event of disputes, disagreements, or claims related to the Promotion, both parties agree to prioritize resolution through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, with proceedings conducted in Vietnamese.

7. Effectiveness and Enforcement

By participating in this Promotion, customers confirm their acceptance of all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
