The AI Parser feature support users to streamline profile creation, applied for single CV uploader in Profile and Bulk uploader in Candidate listing. Leveraging AI, this tool not only automatically extracts basic details from uploaded CVs but also includes in Position, Summary, Work experience and Education.

Bulk Upload

You can access the feature via either a Job Listing or Candidate Listing then:

1. Click the Down Arrow button on the top menu > Select Upload CVs/Resume.

2. Click to upload > Choose the CVs you want to upload.

3. Your uploaded files are parsed and displayed on the left. Click on a file to see the extracted information. You can edit some details as needed. The original CV is shown on the right for reference.

4. When you finish checking/editing, click the Add candidates button to complete.

Important Notes:

• Updated file limits: 20 files (max 5MB) for both AI and basic parsers during bulk upload.

• A maximum of 5 skills will be imported from each CV to the candidate profile, based on AI suggestions.

• While uploading, if a profile already exists in the database, it may become visible to others with the appropriate permissions.

Re-parse

This feature helps users can quickly create profiles of candidates who have resume by using Re-parse Resume and system will use AI to parse Resume content into the Profile automatically.​

1. Go to a specific profile.

2. Go to the Resume section, then click the Re-parse button.

1. Click the Confirm button.

1. Based on uploaded resume, the AI Parser can extract and update candidate profile information, including the summary section.

Note: While the AI Parser is a powerful tool, reviewing and refining the extracted information is recommended to ensure accuracy.
