Hireforce Beta Program Terms

1. Introduction

Thanks for joining the Hireforce Beta Program! These Terms govern your participation in our public or private beta program ("Program") and use of the Beta Services. By participating, you ("Company" or "You") agree to these terms. We've kept the legalese to a minimum for your convenience.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to companies only. Individuals are not eligible to participate. You represent and warrant that you are a duly authorized representative of the Company with the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement.

3. Program Participation

3.1. Hireforce grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Beta Program software and related documentation ("Beta Software") solely for testing and evaluation purposes for six (6) months ("Term").

3.2. You agree to use the Beta Software by the documentation and instructions provided by Hireforce. You will use commercially reasonable efforts to offer Hireforce with regular feedback on your experience with the Beta Software, including bug reports, suggestions for improvement, and use cases.

4. Feedback

4.1. The Beta Software is provided to you for testing and evaluation, and we encourage you to share your feedback with us. This feedback may include, but is not limited to, bug reports, suggestions for improvement, and use cases (“Feedback”). This could be voice, text message, document...

4.2. You understand that communication regarding the Beta Software is essential for its successful development. You agree to receive correspondence and updates from Hireforce concerning the Beta Software. If you choose to opt-out of such communications, Hireforce may, at its discretion, terminate your participation in the Program and discontinue your access to the Beta Software.

4.3. All Feedback provided by you is owned by Hireforce. By participating in the Program, you grant Hireforce a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and/or incorporate such Feedback into any products or services us at any time and in our sole discretion.

4.4. Hireforce may choose to make your Feedback public; However, we commit not to arbitrarily correct or change the meaning of your response for any purpose. We may use information publicly available on your company's platforms (logo, visuals, company information) alongside your feedback to promote Hireforce, and we will ask you for that information or do so without your consent. You have the right to contact us to edit or take down your feedback if you feel it is inappropriate.

4.5. Hireforce may monitor your use of the Beta Software. This information will be used to improve the Beta Software, other Hireforce products and services, and for general analytical purposes.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Beta Software is considered confidential information of Hireforce. You agree not to disclose the Beta Software to any third party without the prior written consent of Hireforce.

5.2. You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the Beta Software.

6. Disclaimer

The Beta Software is provided "as is" and without warranty, express or implied. Hireforce disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. The Term of this Agreement shall be for six (6) months from the date you confirm your agreement to these T&C by email to Hireforce.

7.2. Hireforce may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7.3. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Beta Software.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Hireforce be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Beta Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
