Offer

The Offer stage is a step in the hiring pipeline that a job offer is sent to a candidate. This stage typically follows the Interview stage, and it is when the employer and candidate negotiate the terms of employment.

The candidate can review the job offer letter and accept or decline the offer. If the candidate accepts the offer, you can move the candidate to the next stage in the hiring pipeline, such as the Hired stage.

To move a candidate from Interview stage to Offer stage in the job pipeline, drag and drop the candidate to the stage Offer. Or, go to their candidate profile and click Offer next to their assigned job.
