Enable the feature
Before starting to work with Requisition approvals you first have to enable the feature, as it is disabled by default.
As an Admin user, you can set up the Requisition feature for your organization by navigating to the Settings page -> Enable Requisition
Once the Requisition feature is enabled, new elements will appear on your screen, and beside the Requisition icon will appear on the left menu.
Create Approval Flow
Approval flows allow you to customize who is needed to approve each requisition and in what step. They are sequentially requested to give their approval to publish a new job.
To set up approval flows, click + New approval flow, and fill in the requirements.
Name: The approval flow's name should be short and set apart from others with ease.
Approval flow: A defined series of steps that outlines the approval process, specifying which approvers are required at each stage.
Approvers: a list of users will join the Approval flow at a step.
Required approvals: the number of required approvals must be from the list of approvers available at each step.
Click + Add approval step to add more steps.
