Để bảo mật thông tin tuyển dụng cũng như hồ sơ ứng viên, đặc biệt là ứng viên nội bộ, Hireforce cung cấp tính năng **Terms and Conditions**, cho phép **Admin** thiết lập các quy định theo chính sách của công ty.

**Terms & Conditions** đảm bảo rằng tất cả người dùng đều nhận thức và đồng ý với chính sách bảo mật của công ty. Khi người dùng ứng tuyển vào một **Job** được đăng trên nội bộ của Hireforce hoặc kích hoạt **Profile** của họ trên hệ thống, họ sẽ cần chấp nhận các điều khoản này.
