# Phòng Ban

## Tổng quan

Trước tiên, bạn cần thêm các phòng ban của công ty trước khi đăng một **Job**. Bạn cũng có thể theo dõi số lượng **Job** từ mỗi phòng ban tại đây.

Trên trang **Settings**, chọn **Departments** để truy cập.

## Quản lý phòng ban

Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa phòng ban sau khi đã thêm:

* **Chỉnh sửa**: Nhấp vào biểu tượng bút chì ở bên phải > Chỉnh sửa thông tin sau đó nhấp **Save**.
* **Xóa**: Nhấp vào biểu tượng thùng rác ở bên phải > Nhấp **Delete**.

Nếu bạn xóa một phòng ban cấp cao:

* Tất cả các phòng ban con sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi danh sách **Departments**.
* Số lượng **Jobs** liên quan đến phòng ban đó cũng sẽ bị xóa.

1. Nhấp vào nút **+Add top-level department**&#x20;
2. Nhập tên phòng ban, sau đó nhấp nút **Add.**

## Thêm một phòng ban con

1. Nhấp vào biểu tượng **Dấu cộng** ở phòng ban cần tạo phòng ban con.
2. Nhập tên phòng ban con, sau đó nhấp nút **Add.**
