Recommendation at Candidate Profile
Overview
This feature recommends job openings that are the best fit for a particular candidate’s profile.
Match and Rank: The system analyzes the candidate’s profile, compares it to available job openings, and ranks the jobs based on how well they match the candidate’s qualifications. This helps the hiring team prioritize outreach.
Save Time: The hiring team can quickly view ranked job matches, enabling faster and more efficient matching of candidates to jobs.
How does it work?
View Recommended on the Candidate Profile
Open a Candidate profile and click on the Recommendation tab
The list of the recommended jobs will be displayed in ascending percentages matching from highest to lowest according to the following rankings:
Rank S: From 80% to 100% match
Rank A: From 50% to 79% match
Rank B: From 20% to 49% match
Rank C: Less than 19% match
Use the filter to narrow down the Recommendation list
View Specific Recommended Detail
Click on the matching score shown on a job
You can see detailed criteria that match the candidate
